Do I need a Remote Control?

No, the tap works straight-out-of-the-box. The remote control is only required if you wish to set certain parameters/customize the sensor i.e. sensor distance adjustment, flow timing etc.

What's the difference between 'TM-904A' and 'TM-904B' thermostatic valves?

They’re literally both the same thing, the only difference is that ‘TM-904A’ can be connected directly to a control box, while ‘TM-904B’ has a wall-mounting bracket.

Can your product be powered by batteries only?

Yes. All our taps can be powered by batteries only (4x AA batteries) as standard. Depending on the level of usuage, new alkaline batteries should last between 1-2 years.

What's the Warranty Period?

2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This excludes parts and accessories, which carries 1-Year.

What do I get in my tap's package?

In most packages  you’ll get the following items:

1x Sensor tap
1x Control box
1x Flexible Hose
Fittings

Please check the ‘contents’ section of each individual tap/product to see what comes in each corresponding package.

I have another branded product, can you supply parts?

No. You need to get in touch with your product’s supplier/manufacturer for appropriate parts needed and other technical support required.

Do you have a shopfront?

No, we don’t. If you need to ‘see/touch before you buy’, then call us to arrange a visit and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

How do your tap works?

In a nutshell, water is automatically dispensed when you place your hands/object in the sensing zone, and it will automatically switch off once you leave the proximity zone.

Do I need to buy the control box separately?

No, you don’t need to buy the control box separately. A control box (if applicable*) will be included in the tap’s package.

Do you have TERRAMICA distributors?

None as of now but we are open to proposals.

What do you mean by "deck-mounted"?

This simply means the tap is designed to be fixed/seated on the worktop or basin. In other words, it’s not ‘wall-mountable’.

I'm trying to drill a hole, what hole size will be sufficient?

Between 30-35mm size will be sufficient.

What's the minimum and maximum sensor distance achievable?

The minimum sensor distance achievable is ‘5cm’, while the maximum is approximately ’27cm’.
